| Dirty shower
Shower without much water pressure
Always changing water temperature between icecold and boiling
Entrance door lock defect, so the door did not open after entering the key card - even after 3 days of repair request still the same.
Kitchen without any tools or equipment. |

| I liked the hotel. Two things I liked most ...
One, the location. The hotel has a great central location, but it is quite enough since it s a little off the loud and busy streets.
Two, OMG the rooms are huge !!! And well equipped !

| You can do at the hotel s nothing wrong.
True value for money.
There were problems with the water pressure and as a result of the warm water in room 471, in room 577 there was not.
Negative is the monotonous and really bad breakfast. The manager of the house (French) knows this is true according to him not to change because it will be from above are placed in homes allesn Citin the same group.
Since the indoor pool is more than the outside, it is quite cold and uncomfortable. Also, the lack of requirements for the loungers are noted as negative.
In about three months, the new part of the house to be completed, I hope you can stop there, the flaws of the old wing. If I have correctly understood the bell boy wanders into the reception area and another part of the new pool is on the roof of the new wing. |

| Big room,bad breakfast, out of the way location, Indian area. Nothing to write home about. At check-out tried to charge me for mini bar items I did not use. After I said it was a mistake they rechecked their bill and did not charge. They should not make mistakes like that. |

| Enjoyed staying at Citin Loft.
Staff were cheerful and courteous, room was clean and large, the breakfast was ample (juice, fruit, cereal, coffee, toast, jam, omelette/eggs). A bit out of the way for first time visitors to Pattaya but easy to get around if you hav been there before. |

| What a pearl!! Room was BIG and BEAUTIFUL!! Lovely bed and internet worked well.
Staff needs some manners, they seemed not happy and wasn t wery polite, needed a sign for room-food, walked right in to room with shoes without even asking (I stod by the door - but he just passed me without noticing).
Breakfast was good. Location - far from beach, but hotel had free shuttle-bus near the beach, that solves everything:-) |

| Great place. Rooms are very spacious, clean, and modern design. I have stayed at citin loft the second time now. This time i have booked a family room just great (80m2). My first stay it was a twin room (48m2) Some guest say the Hotel is to far from the Beach Road and walking street. For as the location was perfect, quiet area just 10 minutes to walk to the Beach. Hotel has free shuttle service now to bring you one block closer to the beach road. For me Citin Loft Pattaya is one of the best Hotels in regrads Value for money. If in Pattaya I will allways stay at Citin Loft. Just one thing, do not wash your Laundry in The Hotel just far to expensive. 20 meters from the Hotel is a very good and chaep Laundry. |

| 3 days at Citin Loft was very pleasant. The staff and service were excellent and extremely courteous. On leaving I had left something in my room and did not realise. It was found and returned to me before I could leave in the taxi. Breakfasts were ample and excellent. Laundry across the road does 1 day service. 15 min walk to beach, or 5 min by motorof any variety. |

| Great hotel. The room is indeed super big and clean. The pictures on the hotel website is so real. the location is a little bit hidden but you may always use the songtheaw transfer. The shadowed swim pool is not ideal for sunbath, but on the otherside, for those who do not want to get big sun burn, the swim pool is so perfect! The breakfast is good, and staffs are very friendly! I would definitely recommand this hotel (to those who are not keen to get sunbath in the hotel) |

| This is a great hotel, it s a little out of the way, but still very close to everything. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are great, and the pool is small but it looks like something in beverly hills. |

| In a sleepy back soi off Central Road, which means it s actually quite, er, central, though not exactly walking distance from the Walking Street. Rooms are perfectly functional, staff perfectly polite, though the night receptionist is a miserable recalcitrant jobsworth. Breakfast is dire, the kind that comes with reconstituted ham swimming for some reason in lukewarm water, synthetic jam and cheap sawdust toast. But the real letdown is the pool, not shown here because it s tiny and literally in the car park, and you recline pleasantly by the roadside to dry off. God knows why they couldn t put it on the roof. Passable for a short stay, but for the price Areca Lodge seems a far better option. |
