| Hotel hasn t got safety deposits in room, little bit rundown. Had 2 times electrical breakdown in the hotel. There were also problems with the toilet which they repaired the next morning. |

| Friendly staff,handly location if you have bike.
Pool needs some repairs I wouldn t pay anymore then the speical rate 650baht a night, the 850b quoted as normal is over the top.Maybe xmas you could get that rate other then that 650 is about right. |

| The time we arrived the person (whom I believe is the manager) Mr. Thanagid, couldn t find one reservation and was very rude... When he found he was in the wrong he still didn t apoligize...
Miss. MOD (night shift) is very, helpful, uses tact and she should be promoted to manager over this other person... |

| Web site said bathtub - only shower.
Poor quality beds. Asked for double - but had twin beds.
Not digital locking doors as suggested
No in room safe - only in reception - inconvenient.
Entry to lift and staircase area via keypad, and many guests not supplied with card. Reception needed to be asked every time to release door. |

| A very clean and well presented hotel.all staff very helpfull and courteous.a little off the beaten track but local transport good 40baht motorbike taxi or 10baht sawngtao.limited thai food in the restaurant. will stay again good value for money no noise disturbances from other guests good pool. |

1.Staffs is quite best, friendly and etc.
2.Room is dirty (air condition is quite dirty),
3.I found Cockroach in my room (adult cockroach.
4.Door is not quite work.

| Good resort for a long-term stay, but not to good for short-term guests, because of the far away location. That was too hard to move somewhere without motorbike. The hotel service was great, especially daily room’s make up and the staff was good in helping you. Big plus is they don’t have fee for night guests (ladies). |

| Perfect hotel, new and nice place. Thia hotel was located just outside the busy areas but close enough to walk to beach, shops and bars..
It was a disappointing that breakfast was not included.. everything was so value for money perfect. |

| The hotel is really great, nice and clean rooms with all the basic facilities. The only hitch is that it is a little away from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya. Nevertheless a perfect hotel for a family holiday. A real value for money hotel. I would highly recommend the same for anyone travelling to Pattaya |

| Hotel is nice, big clean rooms, good friendly staff, nice pool (only 1 meter deep)plenty of sun loungers, free wi-fi in rooms, no joiner fee if booked for two people. A little off the beaten track but can get moto for 40 baht anywhere. Would recomend for the price, 800bt. |

| Hotel was very nice and clean, also very freindly staff, I didn t really care for the hotel s location; I like being closer to the ocean, my only real complaint was the food at the hotel; it was terrible, I must say it was the worst I ve had in thailand!! |

| I think this hotel is quite good in many things such as room facilities and pretty good location. All of them are clean and kept in tidiness. However, I stongly suggest about the transportation service. For those having no private transportation means with themselves, it will be so great if Piyada had some service such as van or minibus for the tourists staying in its hotel. It is ok to rent the motorbikes or cars out there, but it will be perfect if this service were supplied by the hotel itself. |
