| Two small outdated elevators totally inadequate. We had to use the fire escape to get down 8 floors because hotel was overloaded with Indian groups.
Front desk staff (male) need to learn how to speak to residents in a more friendly manner. |

| I was expecting a lot more from this hotel and the notification from the staff with the construction. I ve stayed at the siam bay shore never had a issue. I thought i would try this hotel and expect the same but i was very disappointed with all the noise and the lack of respect that i received as a foreigner. IF it was not for my future wife being with me that is thai! I believe i would have received even worst service... I will never stay at this hotel again and because siam bay shore is in association with this hotel i will never stay they again either. I work for the united states government. I will never recommend this hotel or siam bay shore now to any of my associates! Thanks for the bad services! |

| Достаточно простой отель, не большая территория, простенький бассейн. Удобное расположение- в шаговой доступности все торговые центры и walking street. Все без изысков, когда переехали в Сиам Байшор были в общем рады;) |

| LOCATED IN CENTRAL PATTIYA AND GOING FROM BEACH ROAD TO 2ND ROAD THIS HOTEL IS IDEALLY LOCATED AND HAS A NICE GARDEN, 2 EXCELLLENT SWIMMING POOLS AND FACILITIES.SEAVIEW ROOMS HAVE A GOOD VIEW OF PATTIYA BAY. FOOD VERY GOOD AND STAFF COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY.

| The elevators are to small and slow and one was actually out of order during our stay.Otherwise no complains.
Good price for the room. Extras however are expensive like the breakfast for 620 Baht/person and in room internet for 17 Baht a minute. |

| Very nice hotel. Staff are very friendly and serviceminded. Location is great if you want a central location, still very quiet and peacefull. We (family with one child) will come back to Siam Bayview again next time in Pattaya. We have stayed at many diffrent hotels in the area but this is the best one so far. Only downsside was the fitnesscenter which is very small and abit outdated. |

| stayed for 7 days at summer promotion rate in deluxe sea view room. Very nice, clean with a great view over the bay, especially because they honored my request for a high floor and gave me one on the top floor. Staff is super friendly and will take care of everything very efficiently. The beach is just a 2 minute walk across the property and the beach road and all shopping and entertainment is right there all within walking distance. Will stay there again next time !!! |

| Nice hotel. Balcony small and only room for one chair. Service is not always consistent ... only got newspaper one day ... no amenity one day. Buffet breakfast is excellent. Khun J at the pool is very good. Staff pleasant. Good location. Would stay again. |

| A warm reception, a comfortable room and wonderful staff in the dining room. I enjoyed the pool area as it was quiet and relaxing, good for reading and thinking. The HD TV was pixilated too much. The high charge for use of the internet turned me off but the hotel directed me to an Internet shop on Beach Road. The location is quite convenient. |

| Nice location for tourist. But it was too noisy at night. I heard live band playing till 2 or 3 am all those night I stay in the hotel. My room faces the land, maybe it could be a bit quiet if they have room facing the beach(?) Also, I would prefer if the hotel can print a receipt for room charge instead of having me to ask the agent online to get one. |
